I have been teaching for twenty-eight years. Ninteen of those years are here at Millburn school. During my teaching career I have taught Kindergarten, first grade, Reading Recovery and worked as an RtI Interventionist.
As a teacher I feel communication with parents is very important. I believe that learning must be fun and engaging. If children are having fun while they are learning they don't see it as work and it is memorable for them.
I reside in Lindenhurst with my husband Kevin. I have three children, my eldest son Erik, lives in Austin TX, my middle son Connor attends Bradley University and daughter Mackenzie attends Lakes Community High School.
